The sign ordinance was written for a city not a quaint little saltwater towne. Allyn is full of charm and hanging flower baskets, little coffee houses and everything you would expect to find in RFD Mayberry.However we are missing the quirkey charecter of a "Barney Fife" roaming the quiet streets ready to pounce on an offender that will let him show off his skills...Or are we?
